Studio Policies
At PRFORM, our goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment where everyone feels confident showing up and moving with purpose. To ensure the best experience for our community, we ask all clients to review and respect the following studio policies.
1. Class Reservations & Booking
Classes can be booked up to 14 days in advance through the PRFORM app.
With only six reformers available per class, we encourage clients to reserve their spots ahead of time to secure their preferred class times.
2. Late Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change! However, because class sizes are limited, we ask that you cancel your reservation at least 10 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Membership Holders: Cancellations made less than 10 hours before class will result in a $10 late cancellation fee.
Class Package Holders: Cancellations made less than 10 hours before class will result in the loss of the class credit used for that reservation. No additional late cancellation fee will be charged.
All cancellations must be completed through the PRFORM app.
This policy allows other members the opportunity to reserve an available reformer and helps us make the most of our small-group class experience.
3. No-Show Policy
If you are unable to attend class, please cancel your reservation so another member has the opportunity to join.
Membership Holders: Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling will result in a $15 no-show fee.
Class Package Holders: Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling will result in a $15 no-show fee. The class credit will not be forfeited.
4. Membership Terms & Cancellations
We believe consistency is key to building strength, improving movement, and seeing progress. Our memberships are designed to help you establish a routine that works for you.
All memberships have an initial three-month commitment.
A one-time $25 enrollment fee applies to new memberships.
Members may request cancellation at any time, with no advance notice required.
Memberships will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle following a cancellation request.
If a member chooses to cancel before completing their initial three-month commitment, a $50 early termination fee will apply.
Once the initial three-month commitment has been fulfilled, memberships may be canceled without an early termination fee.
Members may continue booking and attending classes through the end of their final billing cycle.
Unused monthly membership credits do not roll over into the following billing cycle.
5. Membership Freezes
We understand that schedules, travel, and life circumstances sometimes require a break from your routine.
Memberships may be frozen for a minimum of 30 days.
Members may freeze their membership for a maximum of 90 total days per calendar year.
A $10 monthly freeze fee applies while a membership is frozen.
Freeze requests must be submitted directly to the studio.
6. Waitlist Policy
If your preferred class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist!
If a spot becomes available more than 12 hours before class begins, the next eligible person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class.
If a spot becomes available less than 12 hours before class, automatic enrollment will no longer occur.
During this 12-hour window, clients should remove themselves from the waitlist and manually reserve any available spot through the PRFORM app.
Once enrolled in a class, all standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.
7. Class Packages
Class packages are a great option for clients looking for flexibility without committing to a recurring membership.
All class packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Class packages are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
Unused class credits expire six months after purchase.
Classes may be reserved up to 14 days in advance through the PRFORM app.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 10 hours before class result in the loss of the reserved class credit. No additional fee will be charged.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling will result in a $15 no-show fee. The reserved class credit will not be forfeited.
8. Studio Etiquette & Community
Come as you are. Grow at your own pace.
At PRFORM, we believe movement is for everyone. Whether you're stepping onto a reformer for the very first time or have years of Pilates experience, you belong here.
Our studio is built on the belief that strength looks different for everyone and that progress is personal. We celebrate showing up, challenging ourselves, and becoming a little stronger with every class.
We encourage every member of our community to bring positive energy, support one another, and embrace the process. There is no competition, no comparison, and no expectation of perfection. Just intentional movement, meaningful progress, and a community that wants to see you succeed.
To help us maintain a welcoming and safe environment, we kindly ask that you:
Arrive ready to move. Give yourself a few extra minutes before class to get settled and prepare for your workout. For your first class arrive 10-15 minutes before class.
Respect the space and one another. Help us maintain a positive, encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable.
Move at your own pace. Listen to your body, embrace modifications, and remember that progress looks different for everyone.
Keep our space safe. For the safety of our clients and little ones, children are not permitted in the studio during classes. We do not offer childcare, and Pilates equipment can present safety risks to unsupervised children.
Take care of our equipment. Treat the reformers and studio accessories with care so everyone can enjoy a clean, safe experience.
Grips socks are required for all classes. Can be purchased online or inside Adorned on Gold Boutique.
Above all, we want PRFORM to be a place you look forward to coming back to. A place where you feel challenged, supported, and proud of what your body can do.
9. Health & Safety
Your safety and well-being are important to us.
Please inform your instructor of any injuries, physical limitations, or conditions that may affect your ability to participate.
Listen to your body and take modifications or breaks whenever needed.
Follow instructor guidance when using reformers and other studio equipment.
If you are new to Pilates, let your instructor know so they can help you feel comfortable and confident throughout class.
10. Refund Policy
All purchases are generally considered final.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be approved at the studio's discretion based on the circumstances.
PRFORM reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.
